Cancellation policy
Delegate cancellation - Change of mind
Unfortunately change of mind cancellations will not be considered . If you are unable to attend you can change the name on the registration. You will need to notify the retreat organizer in writing on info@doclifebalance.com.au . There will be no charge for change of name.
Delegate cancellation - Medical
The health and safety of retreat attendees is our highest priority. The organizer is mindful of the health risks posed by COVID-19, and the importance of following official medical advice with respect to social distancing, practicing good hygiene and staying at home when unwell. We request that any delegate who is feeling unwell or has cold or flu like symptoms, or who may have been in contact with someone with COVID-19, or been in a hot spot location not attend the retreat.
If, on CoVID related medical grounds, border closures, the need for self isolation or quarantine; you are unable to attend the retreat, you must cancel your attendance in writing by email with a medical certificate/documentation to info@doclifebalance.com.au and a full refund will be provided ( except for a $100 cancellation fee) however you may be asked to provide additional details.
Conference cancellation
The organiser is monitoring the latest health advice from both the Department of Health (Australia) and the Government of NSW and we ask that all delegates do the same. If we are required to make any changes or cancellations to our retreat due to Government restrictions in relation to COVID-19, delegates will be notified by email and will be provided an offer to transfer to a future date or be provided a full refund of their registration fee.
Contact tracing policy
By registering for this event the organiser reserves the right to provide your contact details to authorities for the purposes of contact tracing and any relevant Government requirements.
In registering for this event you agree that your contact and attendance details may be released for CPD audit requirements to the RACGP or your college. No content details will be released and no surveys will be released to any third party.
De identified group data may be used for research/publications. No individual data will be disclosed.
Disclaimer
All delegates attend at their own risk and no liability will be taken by the organiser for any injury, damage to person or property or missing belongings during the retreat or while undertaking any scheduled or unscheduled activity during the retreat. All activity is undertaken at the risk of the individual.
Accommodation is included in the cost of the retreat.
